Dominic and I have been dying to try Pig Out for months now and finally had the time to go there. Pig Out is located at Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Nuvali itself is a nice place to relax and chill with friends, loved ones and your family. The place also promotes fun activities like biking, boat ride and fish feeding and of course, food tripping. There are also bazaars held in Nuvali wherein they sell clothes, accessories and other cool stuff at a cheaper price. The place is worth visiting. Well going back to PIG OUT, I can say that the wait is really worth it. Although Pig Out markets most to groups of people since the tables there are for 5-10 seating, we had the chance to avail a table without sharing it with anyone else. That's good!=) Here is what we ordered.
For starters we had a Barrio Salad. Which is mainly mangoes with eggplant, tomatoes, bagoong and onions.
For me, when you eat it alone, the taste is too sour. But when you eat it together with rice, it is great. Picture of that will be posted later.
Next, we had Seoul Spice Fried Rice. This was to die for!=) The fried rice is mixed with
Korean spices, beef strips, been sprouts, seaweed, spinach and topped with liver sheets. These toppings might sound weird but the taste is superb!=) A must try! The price: P285

Together with the fried rice, we had Pig Out's famous Crispy Pata. You can say that it is the crowd's favorite. The crispy pata is cook to perfection! Crispiness rating is 10 out of 10! Very crispy! While the inner part was soft and tender=) Also a must try! The price: Solo: P325 (good for 1-3 persons) Sharing: P615
For our drinks, Dominic had White Grape Spritzer (shown here in the picture at the upperleft most part). According to him, it taste like Welch which is true. I had what they called Babe's favorite. It is a blend of apple, orange and grapes with honey. It is refeshing. (shown here in the picture at the lower right part). Price: P125 for each drink.
All in all, I will give our experience here at Pig Out a generous 4 out of 5 stars. The food was great, the service was pleasing enough, the ambiance was relaxing and the price was just right. Definitely giving everyone a shout out to try it.=)
